Dr. Chaney Ledet with Educator Certification and Advancement uses these books during her Principal Academy Seminars.

These three books have been utilized and undergird the principal academy seminars, primarily when dealing with equity in education. While Leverage Leadership deals with establishing a mission, vision and culture of high expectations, the other two books speak to the realities of how leaders must stand in the gap for students.
